Mr. Smith prepares, wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Living Trusts, Living Wills, Medical Power of Attorney and General Durable Powers of Attorney.

Mr. Smith represents clients in a variety of litigation matters including business, commercial and contract litigation, contested probate matters and legal malpractice. Mr. Smith also handles civil appeals in the Arizona Supreme Court.
3. Family Law :
Mr. Smith handles all types of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage (divorce), legal separation, annulment, separation and property settlement agreements, spousal maintenance (alimony) premarital contracts, custody, child support and modifications.
