In over thirty (30) years of practice, Mr. Smith has handled a wide variety of civil appellate matters in the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.  He similarly has handled special actions and superior court appeals.  Additionally, Mr. Smith represents clients in family law and juvenile appellate matters.  Many of Mr. Smith’s appellate cases have been referred to him by other attorneys.
