Roger D. Smith has been a trial and appellate attorney for twenty-five (30) years. Much of his practice has been concentrated in business and contract disputes.  Many of these cases involved business contracts, probate, and estates.

In addition, Mr. Smith handles legal malpractice cases against attorneys who have handled cases in a negligent manner.  The attorney litigation also includes disputes between clients and attorneys with regard to the amount of fees that attorneys charged for services rendered.  Clients often are unaware that the Bar prohibits attorneys from charging unreasonable fees and that simply because an attorney claims that a fee is appropriate does not make it so.

Mr. Smith has handled cases throughout the State of Arizona. He has also appeared in various other jurisdictions.
